Series "Frozen"

Number one:

I left this broccoli at the bottom of my fridge. Can you see the icy part? I don't know why it can be frozen down there...

Number two:

We had pot luck party at my place last Saturday. Someone brought beer, and since they were not cold at all, he put them in the freezer. He told me "don't forget to take them out later. They'll explode otherwise." It's been five days since. I'm glad they didn't explode.

I wonder how beer'd taste like after being frozen once, and then be defrosted. Will it still have air in it?
